Pavlo Moroz was born on September 28, 1974 in Kyiv.
Education:
Since 2012 Pavlo has been learning tax law at the University of Alabama, USA (Master’s program, distance learning).
Higher Education. In 1997 Pavlo graduated from the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv (the Department of International Law, the Institute of International Relations);

February 2016 – deputy Minister of Justice of Ukraine on state registration;
