Oleksandr Danyliuk

Minister of Finance of Ukraine

Born on July 22, 1975, in Grygoriopil (Moldova). Mr. Danyliuk is a graduate of the National Technical University “Kyiv Polytechnical Institute” (1998). He also attended Kyiv Institute for Investment Management (1995) as well as Indiana Universty Kelly School of Business (MBA, 2001). From 1995 till 1998 he held different posts at a number of investment companies. In 2001 and 2002 Mr. Danyliuk was the vice-president of Avechurs company (Kyiv). For three years (2002-2005) Mr. Danyliuk had been a senior consultant at McKinsey and Co. In London, Great Britain. From 2006 till 2010 he was the CEO of the investment company “Rurik Investment” (London, Great Britain). From 2010 till 2015 Mr. Danyliuk was the head of the Coordination Centre for the Implementation of Economic Reforms (Kyiv). Till April 14, 2016, he had been the Deputy Head of the Administration of the President of Ukraine (since September 25, 2015) and the representative of the President in the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine (since July 17, 2014). Minister of Finance is fluent in five languages.
