Olga Grygier-Siddons is the Chief Executive Officer of
PricewaterhouseCoopers Central and Eastern Europe (CEE)
which comprises 29 Member Firms of the Global PwC
Network. Olga is a member of the PwC Global Strategy
Council which comprises the Territory Senior Partners from
the largest 21 territories in the PwC Network.
Originally from Poland and educated in the UK, Olga built
her career as a professional services consultant and leader
within the Corporate Finance practice of PwC UK. She joined
the London Corporate Finance team of Coopers & Lybrand
(later PwC) in 1991. Between 1999 and 2004, Olga was a UK
Corporate Finance Partner, working on a range of projects
for infrastructure, energy and public sector clients in the area of private and public
In 2004, Olga moved to CEE to take on the role of Advisory Leader for PwC Poland.
She then served as Country Managing Partner for PwC Poland from 1 July 2009
before being elected CEO for the region, starting 1 July 2014.
Olga has extensive experience in advising governments, local authorities and leading
international corporates from the energy and infrastructure sectors. She has
delivered an extensive number of successful projects for clients across the UK and
CEE. Her areas of expertise include privatization, M&A and restructuring, and
Her current professional passions lie in contemporary strategy and leadership
methodologies, particularly as they apply to the rapidly changing business climate
and working environments of CEE. She is a frequent speaker on the topics of business
strategy and leadership at corporate events and in the media.
Olga is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and
