We are pleased to confirm that the 2nd annual Ukrainian Automotive Forum is scheduled for 15th November at the stylish Bank Hotel in Lviv. Once again the event will be held in partnership with UkrAutoprom and with the official support of Lviv Regional State Administration and Lviv City Council.

Registration is now open with early bird prices fixed at last year’s rates, so do block off the date in your diary now.

To refresh your memory, we are sharing with you an updated version of the popular presentation from last year by Oleg Boyaryn, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Eurocar and Head of the Federation of Automotive Employers of Ukraine, entitled: “Ukraine as an extended production facility for global car and components manufacturers”. We look forward to another valuable contribution to the discussions from Oleg this year.

As last year, the programme will include case studies and discussion panels featuring the leading parts producers operating in Ukraine. Other topics that will be high up the agenda include:

  • The development of an automotive supplier cluster in Ukraine – progress made, key goals and how it will be organised;
  • Opportunities for Ukraine to become a major player in the production of electric vehicles and components
  • The role of industrial and technology parks in developing the infrastructure to support the growth of the Ukrainian automotive sector
  • Focus on priority requirements: state support, infrastructure, logistics, education, wage levels
