The 2nd annual Ukrainian Automotive Forum organized by the Strategy Council was held in Bank Hotel Lviv on 15th of November. The specialists of the automobile industry of Ukraine and abroad came to discuss the position of Ukraine as a new player in the European automotive sector, the development of a supplier cluster for the automotive industry in Ukraine, and prospects for the stability of Ukrainian car production.
More than 150 top-managers of the automotive industry from different countries gathered in Lviv for an intensive and productive day of discussions and networking.
The program included case studies and discussion panels with the participation of leading spare parts manufacturers operating in Ukraine.
Volodymyr Panov, Eurocar Supervisory Board Member, joined the discussion on the development of an automotive cluster, alongside the likes of Alexander Goetz of TE Connectivity and Gennady Kanishchenko of Spetztekhosnastka.
Oleg Papashev, Deputy Chairman of UkrAVTO Corporation, joined the debate on the outlook for vehicle production, together with the likes of Eurocar representatives and Mykhailo Reznik of UkrAutoprom.
