Introduction

Background

Our team has been organising annual conferences serving the Ukrainian agribusiness community and its international partners for 10 years. In a competitive marketplace, our events stand out and have developed a strong core following due to the diversity, seniority and international nature of attendees and to the open and constructive dialogue that they encourage.

Our flagship annual Agribusiness Forum in Kyiv each Autumn has firmly established itself as a key date in the Ukrainian agribusiness calendar with such influential partners as the Ukrainian Agrarian Confederation, Credit Agricole, the Rada Agrarian Committee, IFC, Evris Law Firm, EBRD, US-Ukraine Business Council and the Ukrainian Grain Association. The efficient and productive 1-day format manages to cover the widest spectre of topics, including financing and investment, innovations & agtech, new export markets, agriholdings’ corporate strategies and logistics and infrastructure.

A new and exciting addition to the portfolio was the Ukrainian Agro-Industrial & Food Forum, which took place at the end of May 2018 in Amsterdam, in partnership with the Ukrainian Embassy in the Netherlands and the Ukrainian Dutch Joint Business Council with its Co-Chairs, Oleksiy Pavlenko and Hans De Boer, and supported by ING, FMO, Evris Law Firm, Immer Group, Credendo and Kyivstar.

The Forum highlighted the synergies that exist between the 2 leading global agrifood exporters and innovators and a huge number of invaluable business contacts were made in the course of the event. We look forward to reconvening in Holland for the 2019 Forum.
