Managed events and additional services

A managed event is one where we do all the work for you. Creating and organising events takes up resources, time and effort. Given our experience of running events for over 20 years, we can take this challenge away from you and use our expertise and contacts to elevate your event.

Our team can create the whole event for you or provide support with a range of services including marketing, creating an agenda, speaker acquisition, delegate and sponsorship sales, research and on-site management.

We can deliver a wide variety of event formats including conferences (virtual, live or hybrid), webinars, awards ceremonies, gala dinners, road shows, study tours, site visits and training courses globally.

Examples of recent projects include:

• October 2018 – Managed the logistics of a Study Visit by the President and a senior delegation from the Ukrainian Supreme Court to the UK;
• October 2018 – Provided marketing and delegate acquisition services to the British-Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce’s Ukrainian Week in London;
• November 2019 – Co-organised a Dinner for Ukrainian Prime Minister, Oleksiy Honcharuk, with 20 senior representatives of UK business, during his official visit to the UK.
